Aeromexico inaugurates new routes to Mexico from Madrid
Aeromexico inaugurated new routes between Madrid and the Mexican cities of Guadalajara, in the state of Jalisco, and Monterrey, both with a frequency of three times a week. They are in addition to the 14 existing direct flights to Mexico City, and represent a 43% increase in the number of seats offered between Mexico and Spain, with a total of 20 weekly connections from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.
The two new routes are operated with Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, with no stopover in Mexico City. Flights depart Monterrey on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 2:30 p.m. and arrive in Madrid at 8:00 a.m. the following day. Return flights are on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, departing at 11:55 pm and arriving in Mexico at 4:40 am. As for the other new route, the departure from Madrid is at 23h35 on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, arriving in Guadalajara at 06h35 the following morning. Return flights leave the city of Guadalajara at 14:25 on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, arriving in the Spanish capital at 08:00 the following day.
